For over 20 years we have been the only Spokane headquartered Solomon accounting system dealer. Others may come and go but we have been here (and will be here) day-in and day-out to make sure you can operate efficiently and get all of your questions answered. In 2001 we added Great Plains Financials. In 2002 we added Retail Management Point of Sale. In 2003 we added Customer Relationship Management. ALL great products from Microsoft with great LOCAL support. Accounting Knowledge. We have implemented computerized accounting systems for a wide range of enterprises from small locally owned businesses up to large publicly traded corporations. Client Support. We are dedicated to giving first class support and customer service with on-site support, seminars, classroom training, one-on-one training, and telephone support. Company Profile Our history began in 1989 with Northwest Accounting Group in Spokane, Washington. Services included support for Solomon Accounting Software. We changed our name to Automated Options in 1991 to indicate a shift from pure accounting support to support for computer systems and point-of-sale applications. 1994 saw a further expansion to provide full support to the increasingly complex networks needed to support more sophisticated accounting solutions. 1994 also saw the introduction of Windows accounting with the rollout of Solomon IV and Great Plains Dynamics. We have concentrated on those products and watched them grow to a prominent position worldwide. The Solomon merger with Great Plains and later Microsoft have allowed us to broaden our product offerings while keeping our focus on quality. We intend to continue to provide world class support to our clients as the synergy of the Microsoft platform continues to add new power and capabilities.
